Helium Balloon – No Refunds or Exchanges Policy
Due to the perishable nature of helium-filled balloons, all helium balloon sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements on helium balloons once they leave our store.
Why Helium Balloons Are Non-Refundable
Helium balloons are classified as perishable items because helium gas naturally and continuously escapes through the microscopic pores of the balloon material. This process begins immediately after inflation and is unavoidable, even under ideal conditions.
Expected Float Times
Float time is an estimate, not a guarantee, and varies based on several factors:

Standard latex helium balloons: typically last 7–12 hours once inflated

Latex helium balloons treated with Hi-Float: typically last 23–40 hours

Foil (Mylar) helium balloons: may last several days but are still affected by environmental conditions
Because float time cannot be guaranteed, balloon longevity is not grounds for a refund or exchange.
Factors That Affect Helium Balloon Duration
The lifespan of a helium balloon can be significantly affected by conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Temperature:

Heat causes helium to expand, which may lead to balloon popping

Cold temperatures cause helium to contract, making balloons appear deflated (often temporarily)

Sunlight & UV exposure: Direct sunlight accelerates helium loss and weakens balloon material

Humidity & weather conditions

Altitude changes
-
Handling & transportation: Excess movement, friction, or pressure

Surface contact: Rubbing against ceilings, walls, car interiors, or rough surfaces

Balloon material & size
Because these factors vary widely after purchase, we cannot control or predict exact float duration.
Customer Acknowledgment
By purchasing helium balloons, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:

Helium balloons are temporary decorative items

Float times are estimates only

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for balloons that deflate, shrink, pop, or do not last as expected

Once the balloons leave our premises, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Balloon Pickup and in store inflation
Customers are responsible for picking up all balloon orders during our regular store hours. Please ensure that you or your designated pickup person arrives within our business hours on the scheduled pickup date. We are unable to offer after-hours pickup or hold balloon orders beyond the agreed time without prior arrangement.
Unclaimed balloon orders will be subject to cancellation without refund date of service hours unless prior arrangements have been made.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Ready4yourpartyask@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In Stores: We are NOT held responsible for any issues or damages from any balloons not purchased from our store(OUTSIDE balloons). If you have your balloon you brought from another store or company and we inflate it and the balloon has a hole or pops due to bad quality, we are not responsible. If you would like to get a new/ replacement balloon you will have to make a new order. This only pertains to balloons not purchased in our store(outside balloons), that we have no control in quality. Exceptions / non-returnable items/ non-refundable
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Any balloon or balloon packages bought in store or online from any brands can't be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Custom Items- No refund or exchange for custom items.
Custom items include custom cut outs, backdrops, mugs, shirt, etc.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR RENTAL ITEMS.
Once Customer has accepted delivery or taken possession of Rental Items, Customer shall be responsible for any lost or stolen Rental Items. In addition, Customer shall be responsible for all damage to Rental Items not caused by ordinary wear and tear. “Ordinary wear and tear” shall mean the normal deterioration of the Rental Items resulting from anticipated, reasonable, and proper use. Damage which is not “ordinary wear and tear” includes but is not limited to: damage due to overturning; overloading or exceeding rated capacities; breakage; improper use; abuse; lack of cleaning; and contaminating Rental Items with paint, candle wax, tape, staples, wine, mold, or any other material. Customer shall pay Ready 4 Your Party LLC a) the replacement cost for any Rental Items that are not returned because they are lost or stolen; b) the repair costs for any damage to Rental Items unless Customer has accepted the Equipment Protection Plan option and the damages are covered under the terms of the Equipment Protection Plan. RENTAL PERIOD/RATE. A rental period is twenty-four (24) hours unless a different term is specified in the Rental Contract. For Rental Items not returned prior to the Rental Contract deadline, additional 15% fee daily will apply. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES It is the client responsibility to check the rental contract to make sure all goods rented are correct, and that all important details are well noted for example: - Time frame for delivery and pick up - Review that the date is correct - If set up is included or not - In case set up is included what time should set up by finish and pick-up be finish - Check address Ready 4 your party Rentals will not take any responsibility or liability for incorrect information provided other than what is on the rental contract. It is the client responsibility that at the time of pick up all the items were these were deliver, any missing item will be invoice and charge to the credit card on file without further notice. -Client must caution during time of delivery and pick up. Any delays or deterrents during delivery and pick up that prolong the due process of removing or installing Rentals due to disturbance of space, anything, or anyone nonrelated Ready 4 Your Party will be charged an extra fee related to time or gravity of situation. Recommend setting delivery and pick up time when event space is unoccupied. - We are not held liable for mother nature or any weather’s condition affects that may damage or deter us our services to the client. We highly suggest checking weather of venue for date and time of the event. FEES and CHARGES 1. Amount quoted is for one use of the Equipment only – for the noted rental term. Any additional cost for rental loss, rental extension, damage, and repair will be charged to the credit card on file. 2. All prices quoted are in Dollar (USD). 3. Any damages to the order will be payable immediately after the event. 4. Charges are based on time out whether equipment is used or not. 5. Customer agrees to return the rented goods during our regular store hours, upon termination of the rental period. If not timely returned, you shall pay an additional charge with daily rate for each day the goods are retained beyond expiration of the rental period. SITE PREPARATION. You shall ensure that the intended site is ready and clear of obstacles that prevent access or installation of the equipment upon crew arrival. You agree to an additional charge for any delay incurred, or additional labor performed by Ready 4 Your Party resulting from failure to do so. Address of event must be added in this form and will be solely the one that will be in question during event session. If any deterrents from venue in the moment of installation of equipment or set up of décor service is denied by venues employee’s, refund will not be made due to lack of clarity from client and their designated venue. CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. Subject to such limitations as may be set forth in applicable law, you irrevocably and unconditionally authorize us and give explicit consent to immediately submit for payment on the credit card (if any) you have provided us for all charges for rent, delivery and/or installation, damages or lost goods, or additional charges coming due under this Contract, and you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ready 4 Your Party with respect to the same. REPOSSESSION. Upon a failure to pay rent or other breach of this contract, we may terminate this contract and take possession of and remove the goods from wherever they are, and we and our agents shall not be liable for any claims for damage or trespass arising out of the removal of the goods. Loss Or Damage You will not be entitled to collect from us, and you expressly waive all claims against us for any damage, loss, or expense you may incur because of the failure or malfunction of any rented item, including without limitation, lost time, lost profits, cost of cover (obtaining a replacement item and/or performance from another source), incidental, consequential, special and/or punitive damages. we will not be responsible to you or to any third party for any liabilities, claims, injuries, losses, costs, or damages arising from or associated with the use or any failure of, or any unknown defect in or with respect to, any of the rented items. your sole remedy for any failure of or defect in or with respect to any of the rented items is termination of the accrual of rental charges at the time of failure. BOOKING TERMS A minimum nonrefundable deposit is required at point of booking; Full payment must be made in minimum of time of 48 hours prior to delivery. Deposit total may be dependent on rental items, time taken for decoration designing, preparations, services item and time already done. This listing is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for our services of designing and creating a balloon garland or other decor. We will deduct the deposit from the balance of services. Our minimum is $300 on weekends before installation. HOLD HARMLESS/INDEMNITY. You assume all risks associated with the possession, use, transportation, and storage of the rented items. Accordingly, you hereby waive any and all liens and claims arising from or associated with, and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ready 4 Your Party LLC from and against, any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including without limitation, attorneys’ fees, claims for bodily injury(ies) (including death), property damage, loss of time and/or inconvenience) resulting from or arising in connection with such possession, use, transportation and/or storage, regardless of the cause, except to the extent directly resulting from our gross negligence. PERMITS. You shall obtain all necessary permits, licenses, approvals, and authorizations prior to delivery and/or installation of equipment.
